Its been a busy week over here. I have been playing tourist with my brother and his girlfriend that are visiting from Switzerland. Showing them our California gems, beach walks, bike rides the hollywood sign and of course Disneyland. So FUN! These white printed jeans became my favorites for those spring days with a bit of an ocean breeze. I practically grew up wearing Mavi jeans and can safely say this pair is my favorite of all time. Pairing these white ShoeMint beauties are a must have for Summer! I actually cant get enough of the perfection that is on ShoeMint.com right now. So many new shoes and they are always exactly what you feel like your missing in your shoe closet. Happy almost weekend!

So excited to have this editorial published in Disfunkshion Magazine this month. I styled this shoot what feels like forever ago and have been super antsy to share the outcome! Featuring some of my favorites from MinkPink, Motel and jewelry from Vancouver based Birds of a Feather. This was one of those shoots where the team came together and the chemistry was awesome, we knew it would turn out crazy cool. Thanks team was so great working with ya.

So excited about this post, I don't think I have ever done a wedding outfit on the blog yet. This dress by Lovers + Friends, is beyond perfect for any summer wedding you are attending this "tie the knot" season. Last weekend I wore this to a very intimate outdoor wedding and it was a perfect fit. The soft floral print is so perfect and the backless detail adds a little bit of flirt to the look. For a wedding I like to under accessorize to make it less of an outfit I would wear everyday. Wear one or two of your prettiest bracelets and with a dress like this, there is no necklace necessary. Dont forget to put tissues in your clutch for those teary moments.

Yesterday was what I would call the perfect day. I attended one of my favorite events to date at the beautiful Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, celebrating a very sexy, Victoria's Secret Summer! A select group of press and bloggers got to get pampered, VS Angels style and also mingle with the incredible babes, Adria Lima, Behati Prinsloo and Lily Aldridge. For some pics from the event and the VS Angels check out my Instagram. I decided to go all kinds of colorful for the event. This BCBG MaxAzria top is one of my favorite pieces I own. The tribal like print mixed with the multitude of neon colors and the perfect matching see through bag seemed like a stand out fit for hanging with super models by the beach. Thoughts on neons anyone? PS: this bag is also perfect for the a beach day!

Ranch life is clearly the good life! I spent this mothers day, sadly not with my Mom as she lives in Switzerland, but at our friends, Monique and Sam's ranch in Malibu. It is a little slice of heaven, with no cell reception and lots of animals to play with. Naturally overalls felt appropriate and a my newest tank top addition from Michael Stars barley makes it back on the hanger these days. Their summer collection has got to be one of my favorites, perforated leather details and light summer cotton linen mixed tank tops are my summer closet must haves. Besides carrying bails of hay, soaking up the sun and chilling with the animals, I also styled a shoot there that day, can not wait to share it with you guys!
